Week 2 - Food diary feedback, support and email check in
Week 3 - 2nd 1-1 consultation to review first two weeks and make any necessary changes
Week 4 & 5 - Food diary feedback, support and email check ins
Week 6 - 3rd 1-1 consultation to review progress and overcome any obstacles if needed
Week 7- Food diary feedback, support and email check in
Week 8 - Final consultation with 8-week review of original goal, progress and a plan to take forward.
