2. 45-60 min online zoom call with in house nutritionist where the client can ask anything they like.
3. Detailed feedback notes to include diet strategy going forward, nutrional information, recommendations and a 5 day food diary.
4. A breakdown of calories, macronutrients, and supplements if needed.
5. Recipes and meal plans for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
6. Knowlege about how to start and stick to new habits.
7. End of week review of food diary including any alterations that may be needed going forward.
The client will get detailed, personal knowledge on how to eat well for health and for a specific goal. No stone will be left unturned as we work together to find the best nutritional strategy for your sustainable long term success.
