How to fuel your body without restrictions, what calories you need and explains how energy balance works.It will give you the tools and knowledge to reach and sustain your results. It is a bespoke concept, where your needs and health are our first priority.

What's included:

Week 1 - Initial 1-1 consultation, Set Goals , Calorie Calculation, Food diary guide, Feedback notes and recommendations, up to 30 nutritious recipes.
Week 2 - Food diary feedback, support and email check in
Week 3 - 2nd 1-1 consultation to review first two weeks and make any necessary changes
Week 4 & 5 - Food diary feedback, support and email check ins
Week 6 - 3rd 1-1 consultation to review progress and overcome any obstacles if needed
Week 7- Food diary feedback, support and email check in
Week 8 - Final consultation with 8-week review of original goal, progress and a plan to take forward.

What's included in the 1-1 nutrition consultation:

1. Pre Consultation form outlying your specific goals, dietary needs, previous nutritional and exercise knowledge and personal details.
2. 45-60 min online zoom call with in house nutritionist where the client can ask anything they like.
3. Detailed feedback notes to include diet strategy going forward, nutrional information, recommendations and a 5 day food diary.
4. A breakdown of calories, macronutrients, and supplements if needed.
5. Recipes and meal plans for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
6. Knowlege about how to start and stick to new habits.
7. End of week review of food diary including any alterations that may be needed going forward.

The client will get detailed, personal knowledge on how to eat well for health and for a specific goal. No stone will be left unturned as we work together to find the best nutritional strategy for your sustainable long term success.

Perinatal Nutrition Consultations & Programmes


Becoming a mum , pregnant or postpartum this is designed to benefit and improve the health of you and your baby . We would like to offer you education and guidance for this special and important time in your life . Postpartum Nutrition Programme (4 weeks)

•Online or in house consultation on week 1 and week 4 with email support on week 2-3 with Nutritionist
