Take the opportunity to work closely with an experienced boxing coach with the goal of enhancing your fitness, improving your boxing skills and creating a more confident stress free mind.
Each session will consist of different elements of boxing such as Punching technique, Footwork, Heavy bag work, and Boxing specific conditioning.
Our coach will work closely with each client to maximize their improvement.
These sessions are beginner friendly with no real boxing experience required.
All levels and age groups welcome.

Personal Coaching with 1-1 fitness sessions including all of the above.
Incorporating nutrition, lifecoaching and fitness to recalibrate your body and mind to live a healthy balanced life.
Includes all from above with a lifecoaching initiation and ongoing support.
One to one personal coaching to prepare you for classes at Belief Boutique Gym.
Includes fundamentals , movement mechanics and functional screening.
We cover a broad range of movements where we focus on technique and efficiency to allow you to move and perform at your best.
